About the event
Join us at High Yoga on September 18th inside the beautiful 12th floor private oasis at Work n' Roll for an evening of healing. This class features all levels of yoga with a focus on cannabis education, enhancing the power of breath paired with gentle movement and the amazing benefits of singing bowls. Class will be led by High Yoga with sound healing session by @revlovemusic and @empressdeyah of One Nation Sound.
Activations will be provided to all attendees that wish to join in and enhance their experience. All High Yoga classes are 21+ and accessible to beginners. Mats will be provided for everyone.
Join us Monday as we rest and prepare ourselves as we transition into fall.
