15 minute zoom meeting which allows us to talk 1-1 where I can get to know a little about your history with both cannabis and wellness. This time give us the chance to connect and help gauge what classes and courses are best for you, and move forward from there.
An intentional meditative class focused around cannabis enhanced breath work and releasing tension from our bodies. Each class consisting of 5-6 poses held for 5-10 minutes. This class is great for both true beginners and practiced yogis.
A group sesh paired with conscious consuming and breath-work followed by light movement. A slower-moving class where you hold each pose for a few breaths while maintaining a focus on improving posture and flexibility.
