About the event

Welcome to our “Stoned Stretching” Hatha Yoga class with High Yoga and MetroBud, where our certified instructor will guide you through a series of postures and sequences designed to help you connect with your breath, stretch your body, and release any stress or tension. Additionally, the option for herbal consumption is available, so you will be able to deepen your focus and awareness, allowing you to fully experience the benefits of each pose.

Our class will begin with a gentle warm-up, followed by a series of standing, sitting, and balancing poses, all aimed at improving your strength and flexibility.

This class is suitable for all levels. Must be 21+ and we encourage you to come with an open mind and a willingness to explore and discover the benefits of stoned stretching.
