About the event
This is an all levels hatha yoga class where we will focus on the power of breathwork and mindfulness movement offering a full body stretch. This class is offered as a "community class" at a reduced rate. 21+only. RSVP REQUIRED with limited space. Yoga mats and blocks are provided for everyone but feel free to bring your own. ( upon arrival please buzz 12th floor and come up the elevator).
