Join us for a 21+ All-Levels Hatha Yoga Class at Freshly Baked NYC!
Start your day with intention and connect with yourself at our special elevated yoga class on September 27th from 9 to 10 a.m.
This all-levels class, taught by High Yoga NYC at FRESHLY BAKED NYC, will guide you through a mindful practice designed to deepen your connection with breath, movement, and conscious consumption.
Whether you're a seasoned yogi or new to the practice, this class is open to everyone 21 and over.
