Flow with Tea featuring So Lah Tea

Welcome to our beginner-friendly elevated yoga class! In this class, we will focus on gentle movements and breathing exercises that will help you relax and destress. So Lah Tea, an elevated tea time expert will be our special guest this week.

So Lah Tea curates elevated Tea Time experiences for events and private bookings all over the Tri-State area. Her honey will help take our elevation to the next level. All ticket holders will have the option to indulge during class.

Throughout the class, we will be practicing mindfulness and being present in the moment. We will work on connecting our breath to movement, how to release tension in our bodies, as well as incorporate conscious consumption.

This class is perfect for anyone who is new to yoga or wants to take a more gentle approach to their practice. Whether you're looking to destress, increase your flexibility, or just take some time for yourself, this class has something for everyone. We hope to see you on the mat soon!
