Dazed High Yoga in the Park: June Summer Series
Join us this June for Dazed in the Park, a special four-week outdoor yoga series presented by Dazed Dispensary. This month-long series brings together elevated wellness, conscious community, and intentional movement: all set against the peaceful backdrop of the park.
We’re excited to welcome longtime High Yoga member and instructor Yani into the High Yoga umbrella on this one as she leads and keep flow throughout June with us. Classes will be hosted every week in June, alternating between Emily and Yani.
• Emily, founder of High Yoga NYC, will lead classes on Week 1 and Week 3 (Mondays). With over 350 classes taught across the legacy and legal cannabis space throughout NYC and the tri-state area, as well as international retreats under her belt, Emily brings a deeply rooted and elevated approach to conscious cannabis consumption through movement and breath work.
