Join HYN at Alta to kick off our first class of the new year in Nolita !
The class will begin by concentrating on the strength of our breath as we smoothly transition into a full body deep stretch and utilize the power of conscious consumption.
This all levels elevated yoga class is fit for everyone 21+ with yoga blocks and mats included. Come hangout, enjoy a stretch and connect with other like minded individuals.
