About the event
Join HYN at Alta on December 15th at 9 AM at the first women owned dispo in Nolita.
The class will begin by concentrating on the strength of our breath as we smoothly transition into a full body deep stretch and utilize the power of conscious consumption.
This all levels elevated yoga class is fit for everyone 21+ with yoga blocks and mats included. Come hangout, enjoy a gentle stretch to reset for the holiday season.
